I’ve completed extensive continuing education courses and training in mental health and holistic healing practices, like mindfulness, emotional freedom technique, trauma-informed yoga, and somatic therapy. Most recently, I earned a professional certificate in digital marketing at Rice University, which deepened my knowledge of advanced SEO solutions, building high-converting websites, and optimizing digital advertising methods while also providing me with a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the digital marketing process.
